Can I hear the calls?
Yes — every call is recorded, transcribed, and translated. You can replay any conversation, read it in your language, or even listen to a version re-voiced in your language.
What if nobody picks up?
If the business does not answer, review the attempt before deciding whether to try again. Request preparation may still incur a charge.
Do my credits expire?
Each top-up is valid for one year from the date you add it. Later top-ups do not reset older credit, so Lucien spends your oldest available credit first.
